- Repetimos por 4 ocasiones el proceso de pasta, bolognesa, salsa y queso. En el quinto piso de pasta NO colocamos bolognesa, Únicamente salsa blanca y queso. Ya terminada la quinta capa, espolvoreamos al gusto queso manchego.
Metemos al Horno de Aire previamente precalentado nuestra Lasagna durante 45 minutos a una temperatura de 180°C o 200°C según la potencia de nuestro horno.
