- Sigue batiendo y ya que esté muy bien mezclado y sin grumos reserva. Ahora en tu molde acomoda una cama de galletas Marías y enseguida agregas mezcla y después nuevamente así hasta terminar la mezcla.
- Pon a hidratar la otra cucharadita de grenetina con menos de 1/4 de taza de agua.
- Ya que este hidratada la grenetina nuevamente calentamos en el microondas para que se haga líquida y la agregamos a la mezcla de guayaba que se había reservado y con una cucharada mezclamos muy bien y comenzamos a ponerla encima de la Carlota, después decoramos con las rodajas de guayaba metemos al refrigerador por 1 hora aprox.
