- Incorporar en este orden, tocino, costillas, pollo, salchicha y chorizo. Cada ingrediente dejar 3 minutos aproximadamente.
- Incorpora el arroz y el caldo. Distribuye muy bien para que quede todo enterrado. Agrega los mejillones, almejas y camarones. Baja el fuego a nivel bajo. Tapa con aluminio y espera 20 minutos!
