  3. Necesitamos 2 sartenes, en el primero a fuego medio ponemos 50 ml aceite de ajo y la mitad de la mantequilla, el segundo lo ponemos a calentar a fuego lento sin nada
  4. Tomamos las rodajas de pan, uno por uno, lo sumergirnos en el aceite sin soltarlo aprox a la mitad sólo por 2 segundos, sacudimos un poco para quitar el excedente de aceite y los ponemos en la otra sartén, así hasta llenar la segunda sartén
  5. Sin darle vuelta al pan, sólo vigilamos que se doren un poco, por la parte con aceite, cuando estén ya un poco dorados, los colocamos en una charola y les ponemos un poco de queso cotija y un poco de queso rallado
  6. Al gusto podemos ponerle una rebanada de queso manchego, metemos al horno precalentado para gratinarlos un poco
  7. Y todo listo !!!.... A disfrutar !!!......
