  6. Agregar el aceite de olivo. (yo le pongo 1/4 de taza y el resto al emplatar, mi abuela le pon铆a bastante). Y mezclar.
  7. Tomar porciones de carne y formar una tortita con un hoyo al centro para el aceite.
  8. Colocar en un plato con hojas de hierbabuena (en la foto es menta porque mi hermana cort贸 en lugar de hierbabuena). En el hoyito se pone un poco de aceite y se decora con la cebolla en gajitos.
  9. Si sobra carne puede usarse para formar tortitas cocidas o bien alb贸ndigas /pastel de carne.
  10. Acompa帽ar con bolillo. El original se comer铆a con pan pita, pero el estilo de la abuela Tere con bolillo fresco es delicioso!
