- 1 1/2 de espinazo de cerdo
- 2 papas medianas
- 1 chayote
- 2 tomates
- 2 zanahorias
- 1 manojo cilantro
- 200 gr ejote
- 1 hoja laurel
- 1 cebolla
- 3 chiles pasilla
- 2 dientes ajo
- al gusto Sal

- Lavar la carne(yo lo hice untándole primero sal y enjuagando con agua 3 veces seguidas)


- Lavar nuestros vegetales


- Agrega agua en una olla, un pedazo de cebolla, los dientes de ajo y el laurel y lo ponemos a cocer (lo tapamos)


- Corta las verduras



- Cuando esté hirviendo le agregamos la sal


- En otra cacerola agregamos una cucharada de aceite, dejamos que se caliente un poco y añadimos la cebolla y el tomate picado

- Después de un rato incorporamos el tomate y la cebolla a nuestro caldo
(nosotros lo cambiamos de olla porque lo colamos, ustedes pueden hacerlo en la misma pero deben quitar la espuma se hace cuando cocemos carne)
- Pasado un tiempo (2 minutos o menos) agregamos el ejote, zanahoria, cilantro y la papa


- Pasado 10 minutos agregamos el chayote y el chile
Deja hervir un poco y sirva


- Añade cebolla y cilantro (opcional)
