  6. Para el glaseado en una cacerola a fuego medio ponemos el agua, el azúcar y la leche condensada moviéndolo para que no se queme, hidratamos la grenetina, fundimos, una vez que retiremos la mezcla agregamos la grenetina, para después vaciarlo al chocolate previamente troceado.
  7. Ala mousse una vez que este frío desmoldamos y bañamos con el glaseado.
