Mise en place: - Preparar el jitomate concass茅 y cortar en cubos

- Preparar el mirepoix

- Cortar la albahaca en shiffonade o picar

- Hervir, quitar la espuma, agregar agregar el sachet de'epices y cocinar por una hora

- Licuar


- Sazonar y a帽adir la albahaca

- Para la pizza
- En un bol agregamos un poco de aceite, agua y la levadura. Mezclamos y seguidamente le a帽adimos la harina y la pizca de sal. Una vez que tengamos m谩s o menos mezclado todo en el bol lo pasamos a la mesa para amasar bien


- Ahora comenzamos el amasado. Ponemos un poco de harina en la harina en la encimera y tendremos que amasar como 3 o 4 minutos sin parar. Veremos que hemos terminado cuando la masa est茅 totalmente Lisa, si se pega mucho le ponemos un poco de harina y seguimos hasta que quede Lisa.
