    Limpiar y retirar las cabezas y las cáscaras de los camarones.
    Con las cáscaras, elaborar un caldo con cebolla y ajo. Dejar enfriar y pasar por un corredor.
  3. Picar finamente la cebolla y el ajo. Picar en brunoise la col.
  4. En un wok agregar la cebolla picada y el ajo. Poner a freír los camarones. Cuando se encuentren cocidos, retirar del fuego y reservar.
  5. En el mismo wok, poner a freír el pescado. Cuando se encuentre cocido, retirar del fuego y reservar.
  6. Después de colar el caldo, ponerlo a hervir y agregarle la col, el consomé de pescado y el perejil picado.
  7. Hervir los huevos durante 8 minutos.
  8. Servir el caldo, agregar la pasta y el alga wakame, decorar con el pescado, camarones y huevo. Servir caliente.
