  3. En una ceserola pondremos a este de oliva unas 2 cucharadas y pondremos la carne por unos 10 min o esperar a que esté cocida retiramos de la olla
  4. Y pondremos las zanahorias en cubos si hace falta ponemos un poco de aceite y dejamos cocinar por unos 10 min. Está debe quedar al dente. Ya que si no te gusta puedes dejarla cocer hasta tu agrado. Retiramos y ponemos el apio, pimiento, guisantes, jamón y demás verduras, también el ajo y jengibre dejamos cocinar por unos 10 min y retiramos
  5. En las mismas cacerola ponemos un poco de aceite y batimos el huevo y dejamos caer ya que este medio cocino lo partimos y dejamos cocinar bien.
  6. Enseguida vamos a vaciar a la misma cacerola, el arroz al vapor, y todos los ingredientes ya cocidos. Le pondremos salsa de soya a tu agrado y dejaremos unos 10 min en el fuego le apagamos y ponemos el cebollín y tapamos por unos 5 min y a disfrutar eso es todo a disfrutar.
