- Para el jarabe de café, hervir el agua con el azúcar, retirar del fuego dejar enfriar un poco y agregar el café
- Colocar papel para hornear en la charola, vaciar la mezcla en un manga y comenzar a distribuir por la charola, llevar a hornear a 180° de 25-30 minutos



- Hacer un paté a bombe con las yemas y el azúcar. Incorporar de poco en poco para evitar separar la mezcla y batir hasta que la mezcla deje de estar caliente



- Agregar la grenetina al paté a bombe, añadir el queso crema previamente suavizado



- Batir la crema lyncott hasta llevar punto medio y agregar a la mezcla



- Para el armado, remojar con el jarabe y colocar una base, después la mezcla de la crema, así sucesivamente hasta terminar, Una vez terminado llevar a refrigeración por una hora
